Convert Canon HIF / HEIF (HDR PQ) to JPG

I have been using Magick.Net to convert Apple HEIC files to JPG successfully and figured converting Canon HIF / HEIF (HDR PQ) files to JPG should not be a problem.

The resulting JPG files I'm getting look washed out. Here's an example file. Is there something that can be done to make it look closer to the HIF file or at least not washed out.
