Feat:Add hover-activation hotspot /Extended hover area for navigation arrows #658

Describe the feature

Description

In the image viewer/photo preview mode, the “Next” navigation arrow is only highlighted or activated when the cursor is exactly over the icon.
It would be much more user-friendly if there was a hover hotspot or extended hover area (say ~5 rem around the arrow) so that the button activates even when cursor is nearby (not just on the small icon).

This behavior is common in standard photo apps (e.g. Windows Photos, macOS Preview), and improves usability, especially in full-screen mode or when navigating with a mouse.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open PictoPy and view any image in the built-in photo viewer / full preview mode
  2. Move the mouse cursor close (but not exactly on) the “Next” arrow — for example, ~3-5 rem away
  3. Observe that the arrow does not highlight/activate
  4. Move the mouse directly on the icon and see the hover effect trigger

Expected Behavior

  • When the cursor comes within a short, reasonable distance (e.g. ~5 rem) of the navigation arrow, the “Next” button should highlight or become active (hover state)
  • The clickable / hoverable area of the button should be extended so users don’t need pixel-perfect precision
  • This will make navigation more intuitive, especially when images are large / fullscreen

Actual Behavior

  • Only exact hover (on the arrow icon) triggers hover / activation
  • Nearby cursor position (within expected “hotspot” range) is ignored

    Hello sir!

I’ve implemented a fix for this issue by expanding the hover and click hit area around the image navigation arrows.

The solution introduces a larger invisible interaction zone while keeping the arrow visually compact. When the cursor approaches the arrow, it highlights and slightly scales, and clicking anywhere inside the area triggers navigation — similar to native photo viewers.
